Hotel Komodor - Dubrovnik

The hotel is relaxing and fairly clean with reasonably priced food and amiable staff. The twin/double room is modern and has central heating, TV set, and a writing table. You can see the sea from your window. Great service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi❤

Cheerful hotel, breakfast is exceptionally good and the rooms are fabulous, fab location nice to be back in the beautiful quiet area after visiting the busier tourist spots. The staff are kind, managed the parking nearby. The services are excellent, including a well-maintained pool. Moreover it has very good wifi to surf the net etc.

The front desk man was very professional and had a tremendous fluency with languages

Next time I would be sure to specify a room on the beach side as the light in the park side rooms is limited

Excellent organisation and a very warm, helpful and friendly staff. The fact that there was a bus stop close by was great.

The only minor negative was that the bathroom lack a certain amount of privacy. I think this may be due to the type of ceiling in the bathroom. It was very easy to hear every sound from the bathroom next door. This is not a complaint and the other aspects of this wonderful hotel out weighed this problem.

Room with view of cement wall! However the hotel has a lovely swimming pool and an excellent location , very close to the beach and a busstop to the old city of Dubrovnik. Staff were helpful.

Helpfull front desk staff, clean accomodations, nice pool, bed a bit firm...for my liking. Bus just around corner to Old Dubrovnik Town...

Had a blast staying with my friends! We enjoyed walks along The Promenade and visited the nearby cave bar. The location was perfect, and we appreciated the comfortable room. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly.

One downside was the noise from other rooms. You could hear conversations clearly, a bit distracting at times.

fine sunsets and easy access to the old town

I loved the beautiful beach just a short stroll away where I could catch some fine sunsets, and with a bus stop right outside that takes you directly into the old town in about 15 minutes, it made exploring Dubrovnik so easy and enjoyable.

It was easy to get by bus to and from Dubrovnik.Pool was very nice for a swim and to laze around. Room had a view of the sea.

WiFi operates only in public areas- we knew this in advance.

Beach is close to the hotel.

We've made a reservation for 3 nights, but when we arrived at the hotel, all rooms were already booked. They gave us a poor room with the bathroom across the corridor for the first night. No internet in the rooms. Wireless internet access is available only in the reception lobby.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the air conditioning in the room was top quality and perfect for the hot summer nights, and the pool was excellent for a refreshing morning swim. The location was ideal for accessing a local bus that took us to various attractions every 15 minutes.
